Role
As the Head of Insurance Practice, you will drive DELL's growth in the Insurance applications and BPO area, including assisting sales in the acquisition of new Insurance accounts.
You will be responsible for building and leading the Insurance domain team comprising of Insurance Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts. You should be a veteran in the Insurance domain with 18-22 years of industry experience, and having domain knowledge across all Insurance areas, including Life Insurance & Annuity and Property & Casualty Insurance.
You will be responsible for building the Insurance Vertical "Go-to-Market" offerings for Dell Applications and BPO business and will work closely with Sales/account teams to identify opportunities and to help win new business.
The ideal candidate would possess a proven track record of building large domain teams across the globe, winning new business and growing DELL's footprint as a credible player in Insurance domain.
Requirements
Atleast 18-22 years industry experience in Insurance Domain, having worked in an IT or Consulting organization
Experience of building, leading and managing large teams comprising of Insurance Business Analysts and Subject Matter experts.
Ability to establish Dell as a credible player in Insurance domain by creating go-to-market offerings, participating and speaking at Industry events, publishing White papers, interacting with Industry Analysts etc.
Ability to lead by example in undertaking Consulting assignments and creating competitive differentiation.
Enabling Sales teams to have productive discussions with prospects and to proactively plan and fulfill billable Business Analyst requests from Delivery teams.
Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with Insurance customers.
Extensive travel is required for this position (60%).
