Ensure delivery management processes adherenceEstablish the processes and templates relevant to the assignment
Provide inputs on project planning and deliverable planning before the start of consulting engagements
Ensure timely start and completion of consulting engagements, providing regular progress updates to client stakeholders and highlighting exceptions as required
Manage the onsite and offshore component mix, bringing them together for the successful completion of consulting engagements
Organize for debrief sessions and knowledge transfer sessions with the practice teams on completion of consulting engagements
People / TeamParticipate in recruitment of new resources- leads recruitment initiatives for identifying consultants for key positions in the consulting practice
Work on employee retention
Mentor team members
Groom consulting talent with a mix of training, hands-on contribution to proposal development and direct involvement in consulting engagements
Desired Skills & Experience
Education:Engineering Graduate with relevant IT industry experience (MBA preferable)Minimum Work Experience Required :8 - 10 years Industry experience (at least 3-5 years in the HC Industry expertise)
Extensive healthcare domain knowledge, certified by Academy of Healthcare Management and HIPAA Academy
Demonstrated excellent communication, analytical, knowledge dissemination, leadership and consulting skills
Applied business development, presales, account and project management skills
