Description: Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of Computer Hardware and
Software.
- Installation and configuration of Operating Systems, office application software, system
application software, software as per standards.
- Server installations, configurations, hardening and troubleshooting
- Manage messaging clients, file and print systems.
- Documentation skills
- Perform advance trouble shooting.
2. Qualification and Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering
- MCSE (Microsoft Certification)
- At least 4-5 years of working and hands-on experience in Technical Support (end-user).
- Good knowledgeable LAN and WAN.
- Professional, thorough attitude.
- Good communication skills with good personality.
- Technical Analytical ability
