Designation : Assistant Manager Business Development - Cochin/Bangalore
Reports to : Group Account Director
Key Responsibility Areas / Job Description:
- seeks and follows leads to acquire new business.
- seeks out purchasing decision makers and develops working relationships with them.
- designs and delivers presentations highlighting the products and services of company.
- negotiates contract terms with clients & successfully closes sales.
- works towards exceeding predetermined quotas set by organization.
The ideal candidate should be minimum a Graduate in any discipline preferably with experience in advertising /time sellling / space selling / services selling areas. Candidates from other industries with a passion for networking and developing business leads can also be considered. Well read, presentable, excellent PR and a self starter who does not need constant motivation by the organization.
Training & Probation : Required training will be provided as part of the job and the candidate will be placed on a 3 month probation before confirmation.
Remuneration :
Salary will increase with experience and capabilities. Packages can be offered at the time of interview.
