Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is a Scientific Society of the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India.
C-DAC is a National Centre of Excellence, pioneering application oriented research, design and development in Electronics and Information Technology. C-DAC has contributed significantly to the growth of the industry in general and the electronics sector in particular through the indigenous development of commercially viable systems and products, foreign technology absorption, adaptation and upgradation, consultancy, training and turnkey implementation of contract projects. C-DAC has several firsts to its credit and is the recipient of several prestigious national level awards for excellence in application oriented R & D.
C-DAC invites applications for the following post: - 1. Post : Member Administrative Staff – A II
Post Code : MAS - A II
Pay Band and Grade Pay : PB-1 5200 - 20200, Grade Pay ` 2400/-,
with allowances on the pattern of Central Govt. Total emoluments are currently at ` 18150/- per month approximately. Other benefits like CPF, Gratuity, LTC, and Medical reimbursement extra.
Age Limit : 30 Years as on 29.04.2011
Number of Post : 10 (Ten)
2. Reservation: -
Ø 3 Posts reserved for OBC (Non creamy layer).
Ø 1 Post reserved for SC.
3. Relaxation on age: -
Ø SC / ST 5 years
Ø OBC (Non creamy layer) 3 years
Ø Ex servicemen
Three years over and above the period of service rendered in Defence Services, but will be limited to a maximum age of 50 years.
Ø Persons with disabilities
-10 years (for SC / ST and OBC, over and above the admissible relaxation of 5 years and 3 years respectively).
Applications of candidates claiming SC / ST / OBC (Non Creamy Layer) / Ex Servicemen / Persons with disability will be considered for relaxation, only if the duly attested copy of Caste Certificate / Non Creamy Layer Certificate / Service Certificate / Medical Certificate as applicable is attached alongwith the hardcopy of application.

Ø Graduate in any discipline
