• Degree holder in Architecture / Urban / Master Planning / Engineering or
equivalent, with minimum overall 15 years experience and at least 7 years in
a similar PD capacity.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience within the Gulf region.

10 years relevant experience.

SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years relevant
experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience within the Gulf region.
SENIOR ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years relevant
experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience within the Gulf region.
SENIOR CONCEPT DESIGN ENGINEER
• Degree holder in Architectural Engineering with at least 10 years relevant
experience.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER
• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree holder in Structural Engineering with at least
10 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience within the Gulf region.
Candidates with professional membership(s) in well-recognized bodies,
LEED - AP and experience in a consultancy firm with REVIT will be an added
advantage.
