Senior PHP developer and team leader for high tech company 25,000 rupees per month

DESCRIPTION:
Nu Rush Tech Ltd is a high tech dynamic company specialising in video web applications and is opening a development branch in Delhi. The company has a number of sister companies which Nu Rush Tech provides the development resource for.

You would be the first member of our New Delhi team. You are expected to be the team leader and have very strong skills in developing cutting edge applications hence the salary of 25,000 Indian Rupes per month. You will be the central contact point and will be expected to receive wireframes, photoshop files and documents outlining the development required from the UK office and to then manage your team to ensure that the requirements are met to a high standard within the timeframes. You will also help with the selection of your team members.

There are several projects ready for development to begin so the job is available with immediate start. Fast salary growth can be expected for a high level candidate who is able to demonstrate efficient high quality work and good leadership skills. You would be working in a high quality office located in central New Delhi.

REQUIREMENTS:
Key skills and experience - required  (If you do not have these skills do not apply)


At least 3 years experience in delivering web applications 
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) 
PHP - advanced 
jQuery - advanced
JavaScript - advanced 
MySQL - advanced 
Photoshop - basic 
Team managment - you will be expected to manage a growing team of upto 5 developers 
Project management
PHP webservices (making and consuming) 
Web security 
CSS
XHTML 


Skills and expereince 
AS3 flash / Server management (linux CentOS)  / Wowza media server / JAVA  / WebApp development for iPhone and Android  / Video encoding  / Audio encoding

SALARY & BENEFITS: 25000 Indian Rupes per month
