Work experience in manufacturing industry in any functional area; exposure to IT; MBA preferred. Should be able to understand business processes and look at solutions for business challenges through process interventions
Domain Consultant
7-12 Years
Work experience in manufacturing industry in any functional area; exposure to IT; MBA preferred ; should have sound knowledge of one or more business functions and have done internal or eternal advisory / project / planning before. Preference for having worked in a consulting firm or in advisory capacity in the industry.
Industry SME / CoE Lead
12-18 years
Work experience in manufacturing industry in any functional area; exposure to IT; MBA preferred
Should have worked in a consulting firm in similar capacity before; preferably have international exposure, have participated in industry events, published papers and should be recognized for an area of expertise
