Role Responsibility :

  • Conceptualizing and designing Organization Development processes and systems.  Execute these seamlessly.
  • Leadership and Managerial Training,
  • People Planning,
  • Employee Engagement and Resourcing.
  • Working with the leadership team on key projects for India operations, including the Structuring initiatives and various other OD interventions.
  • Understand talent and capability needs and challenges of the India Operations
  • Performance Management,
  • Enable effective execution of key HR processes and systems


Qualification required
:
full time PG professional qualification in HR from reputed institute (TISS, XLRI, and SCMHRD)

Experience:
 6-8 years of wide HR domain experience, in either consulting, or line HR, or a combination of both.
