- Conceptualizing and designing Organization Development processes and systems. Execute these seamlessly.
- Leadership and Managerial Training,
- People Planning,
- Employee Engagement and Resourcing.
- Working with the leadership team on key projects for India operations, including the Structuring initiatives and various other OD interventions.
- Understand talent and capability needs and challenges of the India Operations
- Performance Management,
- Enable effective execution of key HR processes and systems
