Essential Skill set :
a) 3 - 8 years experience developing ColdFusion applications
b) Experience on cold spring, Model Glue frameworks - MUST
c) Experience on flex, flash and action scripting is added advantage
d) Should have good exposure on SQL complex queries and Stored procedures
e) Understanding of systems development methodology and change management best practices
f) Experience designing Websites for data driven environments and turning the designs into HTML, DHTML and CSS
Sg) hould be a very good team player
