Qualification : Any Degree / MBA
Work Location : Chennai
Role Description :
* Administration responbilities of particular retail outlet, Staff Management, Liasoning, etc.
* Managing Direct Marketing, Promotion, BRanding, advertising, etc.
* Must be very polite & decently behaved while mingling with customers
* Co-ordinate in Branding & Promotional Activities of Malabar Gold jewellery.
* Must have knowledge of products and items available in the shop
* Must be accurate in medical trust and employee enquiries given by the management
* Conduct market survey regarding the counter sales of Competitors
* Must be regular in reporting to the office and produce daily report
* Must trace out all the marriage parties in his area & must meet them with brochures
* Must achieve the target given by the company
* Follow up potential customer once met
* Take initiative to learn the strategies of competitors and develop new methods to counter them
* Perform other duties as assigned by the management
