Combined Medical Services (CMS) Examination
The "Combined Medical Services" Examination or the CMS Exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for recruitment as Medical Officers in various organizations functioning under the Government of India. Selected candidates are to work in Government owned public sector companies like Railways, Ordnance factories etc.
Services/posts recruitment to which is made through the Examination
i. Assistant Divisional Medical Officers in the Railways.
ii. Junior Scale Posts in Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service.
iii. Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services.
iv. Medical Officers in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
v. General Duty Medical Officers in NDMC.
Age : Below 32 years
Educational Qualification : A pass in the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.
