Indian Air Force (IAF) is providing opportunity for UNMARRIED MALE INDIAN CITIZENS from all the districts of State of Karnataka to become airmen. The Recruitment Rally for Group 'X' (Technical) Trades will be conducted at District Indoor Stadium (Badminton Court Hall), Near District Stadium, Gadag Road, Koppal (Karnataka) from 31 July 2013 to 03 August 2013

Pay scale: Pay in Pay Band - (Rs.7,050/-)+Grade Pay - (Rs.2,000/-)+Military Service Pay (MSP)-Rs.2,000/-+Group X Pay (Rs.1400/-)+DA@80%- (Rs.9960/-)

Workshop Fitter (Mechanical),
Workshop Fitter (Smith),
Structure Fitter,
Propulsion Fitter,
Mechanical Weapon Fitter,
Electrical Fitter
Electronic Fitter,
Mechanical Fitter and
Automobile Fitter


Eligibility Criteria
 Unmarried male Indian citizens who are domicile of karnataka

Age limit : Candidates should be born between 01 May 1993 to Nov 30, 1996

Education :
Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English, with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology /Information
Technology) from a Government recognised Polytechnic Institute with minimum 50% marks in overall aggregate, and 50% marks in English in Diploma or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma


Districts to be covered in this recruitment rally : All districts of Karnataka State

Recruitment test will be conducted for 7:00 AM onwards, Candidates should arrive at the venue before 10:00 AM

31 Jul 2013 : Written Test and Physical Fitness Test (P F T) for Group (X) (Technical) trades
01 Aug 2013 : Interview of candidates passed Written Test and PFT on 31Jul 2013 and Medical for candidates qualified in Interview.
02 Aug 2013 : RESERVE DAY
03 Aug 2013 : RESERVE DAY


The All India Select List (AISL) will be displayed at 07 Airmen Selection Centre, No.1 Cubbon Road, Bengaluru (Karnataka) - 560001 on 31 OCTOBER 2013 and also will be available at Indian Air Force website www.indianairforce.nic.in.
