Experience : 4-6 years in a small to medium industrial establishment.
Fluency in English is a must
Should be aware of HR processes like end to end recruitment cycle, Performance Management System, Training & Development activities, and other HR tools.
Should be a self starter and result oriented with ability to drive the laid down HR processes independently and also should be computer savvy. Candidate who can join within 1 month to 40 days will be preferred.
