- Talent Acquisition – Ensure quality and timely recruitment of resources. Strategize for low cost hiring and develop alternate hiring plans for the region.
- Talent Management – Plan robust reward and recognition plan, retain best talents
- Talent Development – Capability building programmes for region, develop review mechanism, conduct talent review process and succession planning for the region.
- Talent Engagement - Action plans as per engagement scores, conduct monthly engagement activities, create communication platform
- Self Development
