A Well reputed company engaged in metal / mining Industry is looking for Assistant managers for various departments. All the positions are based out of Hyderabad. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Industrial or Engineering industry.

Assistant Manger-HR
MBA (HR) full time / Minimum 10 years.
Reporting to MD
Pay scale : Rs. 4.5 Lacs per annum
Should have handled core HR activities such as Payroll, Recruitment, designing Policies and Procedures and effectively implementing.
Training, Induction, Employees Grievances handling, handling statutories such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity. Employee welfare activities.

Good Communication skills and working knowledge of MS office



Assistant Manager / Sales Coordinator
Any Graduate / B. E (Mechanical) /Any other Management degree / certificate will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years experience.
Pay scale : Rs. 3 Lacs per annum

Should have handled sales related activity
Sales Administration / Stores / invoicing reporting.
Invoicing & generating various accounting reports.
Orders to various global subsidiaries.
Generating various sales / Invoicing/ Aging etc reports
Good Communication skills and working knowledge of MS office



Assistant Manager- Purchase/ Stores
Any graduate / Engineering graduate with Management degree preferred. Minimum 10 years experience.
Pay scale : Rs. 3 Lacs per annum

Purchase related activities in Engineering / Industrial segment.
Working knowledge of tally is must.
Should have handled purchase of materials in metal / mining / Industrial Engineering segments.
Handling Vendor Management / Contract Management.
Purchase negotiations and stores management.
Good knowledge on taxes / duties , Imports/ Exports and Excise duty.
Practical exposure in filing the excise returns / PLA handling / CENVAT.
Good Communication skills and working knowledge of MS office



Assistant Manager – Accounts
Preferred CA with 5-6 years Exp / B.Com with 12 -15 years Exp
Pay scale : Rs. 5 Lacs per annum
Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts.
Basic accounting, Voucher entry, Cash flow & Cash Management
Working knowledge of Tally is must.
Budgeting and cash flow preparation and management.
Tax planning: Filing Direct and Indirect taxes. TDS, Income, Service and Excise tax. All tax return preparation and filing.
Co-coordinating with sales staff for all sales related data.
Good Communication skills and working knowledge of MS office
