Steel Authority of India Limited, the Navaratna public sector enterprises engaged in largest production of steel has issued notification towards selection of suitable candidates for the posts of Attendant cum Technician (Trainee) (S-1) and Medical officers for their Salem Steel Plant (SSP), Tamil Nadu South India. Attendant cum Technician Trainees (ACTT) - (53 posts)
Trades : Fitter / Mechanist / Electrician
Candidates with SSLC / HSC and ITI in Fitter / Electrician / Welder Trade may apply.
Age: 18 to 28 years
Training period : 2 years followed by one year probation
Pay scale : During training First year : Rs. 8600/- and for Second Year : Rs. 10000/-
On completion of 2 years training : 8630-3%-12080/- (S1)
Application fee : for OBC and general: Rs 150 and for SC/ST : Rs 50


Medical Officer (2 posts)
Pay scale : Rs 20600-3%-46500/- (ME1)
MBBS, one year experience in Medical colleges/ hospital
Age upto 30 years
Application fee : for OBC and general: Rs 500 and for SC/St : Rs 100
