Scale of pay : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200+GP Rs.2400/-
Age : 27 years
Essential Qualifications
i. 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University
ii. Skill Test Norms
Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m
Transcription : 65 mts. (Eng) / 75 mts (Hindi) (On Manual Typewriter) or
50 mts. (Eng) / 65 mts (Hindi) (On computer)
Application Fee: Gen / OBC : Rs. 300/- ; SC/ST :Rs. 150/- ; PH : No Fee


 Lower Division Clerk ( LDC ) ( 36 posts)
Scale of pay : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200+GP Rs.1900/-
Age: Not exceeding 30 years
Essential Qualifications
i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or University.
ii) A Typing speed of 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi on Manual Typewriter
OR
A Typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)

MULTI TASKING STAFF ( MTS ) ( 268 posts)
Scale of pay : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200+GP Rs.1800/-
Age : 18 to 25 years as on 19.01.2014.
Pass in Matriculation or equivalent examination
OR
ITI pass

Candidates fulfilling the above eligibility criteria are directed to submit their application for the post of Steno. Gr. II & LDC / Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in a Written Test. Candidates shortlisted based on the written test will have to attend separate Skill Tests based on the post for which he/she has applied. The Overall merit lists will be drawn separately for each of the posts based on the performance of the candidate in the Written test and Skill Test.
