Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) a public-sector undertaking of the government of India has invited applications from eligible Indian nationals for the post of 30 Junior Management trainees in disciplines mechanical, electrical, chemical, system, personnel & administration, and Finance.
Name of the post : Junior Management Trainee
Pay scale : Rs.12500- 3% -30400 (IDA 2007)
No: of posts: 30 nos
Education : Full time regular 3 yrs. Diploma in Engineering in the concerned discipline from recognized Indian University/Institute with not less than 60% marks or equivalent CGPA

CCI is looking for bright, result oriented, dynamic & energetic young Diploma Engineers and Professionals with brilliant academic record to join the organization as JUNIOR MANAGEMENT TRAINEES at Supervisory level.
• MECHANICAL - 08 nos.
• ELECRICAL - 08 nos.
• CHEMICAL - 07 nos.
• SYSTEM - 03 nos.
• PERSONNEL & ADMN. - 02 nos.
• FINANCE - 02 nos.
Total = 30 nos.
Discipline wise Qualification:
Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical : 3 years full time regular diploma in engineering in concerned disciplines
System : 3 years full time diploma course in computer science or B.C.A. / B.Sc. in computer sciences
personnel & administration : Graduate with one year PG diploma in HRM/ IR/ Personnel Management
Finance : Graduate + qualified chartered or cost & works accountants
Age limit: upto 27 years
Selection process : Written test followed by GD / Interview
Training period : 18 months
