3. A photocopy of the last increment letter/offer letter, whichever is latest
4. Photocopies of the last three months pay-slip

6. Original and one photocopy of all the mark sheets of the X, XII, UG or PG
7. One photocopy of all relieving / experience / service letters from all previous organization
