Role description:

  • Incumbent will determine if the target customer offers new commercial opportunities and pass on the Sales-ready leads to Sales Team for completing the Sales process.
  • Responsible for carrying out multiple prospecting functions as part of the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Communicate with multiple representatives and identify the key decision makers, buying process, and procurement cycles within the target customer's organization.
  • Document and update the results of each call in a Customer Affiliation Management database.
  • Identify, research, and contact potential new customers to gain an understanding of their business needs and initiatives.
