Pay scale:
Mining Officers : PB-III Rs.15600-Rs.39100 + GP of Rs.5400.
Mining Inspectors : PB-I Rs.5200-Rs.20200 + GP of Rs.2800.

Eligibility Criteria for Mining Officers
Education : Post-Graduation Degree in Geology/ Applied Geology or an MTech Degree in Applied Geology
Age: 21 to 30 years
Eligibility Criteria for Mining Inspectors
Education: Graduation Degree in Science with Geology as a subject or a Degree of Mining Engineering
Age: 21 to 30 years
Probation Period : 2 years
Application Fee: General and OBC: Rs 400 and for SC/ST, PWD, Ex-Servicemen : Rs 300/-
Selection process: Written test >> Interview >> verification of documents
