State Bank of India (SBI ) has issued notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment towards Probationary Officer (PO) posts through written Examination followed by interview. Exam will be conducted during June 2014

Education: Graduation in any Discipline ( Candidates who are in there final year of Graduation/semester they can also apply)

Pay scale: The starting basic pay is Rs 16,900/-(with 4 increments) in the scale of Rs 14500-600/ 7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale I. The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A & C.C.A . The compensation per annum at Mumbai is around Rs 8,40,000/-
Age: 21 to 30 Years (Age relation as per rules)

General and Others: Rs 500/-
Selection Process : written Examination and personal Interview .
Training and Probation Period : Probationary Officers will be on probation of two years during which they will be given intensive training. Successful candidates will be placed as Officer in Middle Management Grade Scale II
