Requirement 1- Commercial Incharge
Preferably a graduate mechanical engineer (BE/B.Tech) with experience of 8-10 years (Minimum 5 years in GCC) with hands on experience in Commercial/ Quantity Surveying portfolio from similar industry preference.
Salary Basic: 6K-8K + Benefits
He will be responsible for the following:
1. Liasioning with all Project Managers on all commercial matters
2. Prepare monthly valuations, variations, claims management etc
3. Prepare Cost estimation
4. Prepare revenue statements and claims documents
5. Prepare job cost analysis
6. Monitoring of projects for total cost control
7. Monitor all Project correspondence for commercial issues and ensure timely notices of default are issued to sub contractors and suppliers in accordance with terms of their Order or Sub Contract.
8. Dealing with all commercial issues/ or as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT 2- Sales Engineer
A graduate mechanical engineer (BE/B.Tech) with experience of 6-8 years (Minimum 4 years in GCC) with hands on experience in sales portfolio of air conditioning units (Package Units, cold rooms, VRF units).
Salary: Basic: 5K-8K + Benefits
REQUIREMENT 3-HR Assistant Officer
Candidate must have 2+ years of key user experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R. 12/ R.12.1).
Should have witnessed and participated in one full Oracle implementation (Core HRMS, Payroll, and Time & Labor).
Salary: Basic: 3K + Benefits
