Name of the post : Scientific Assistant Group B Non Gazetted, Non Ministerial post

Educational qualification : Degree / Diploma
Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Science ( 3 year course after 10+2 ) (with Physics as one of the subject)/ Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR Diploma ( 3 year course after 10+2 ) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and should pass with First Class (60% marks) or 6.75 CGPA can apply for the post.
Age limit ; upto 30 years
Pay scale :PB2 Rs.9300 - 34800 + GP Rs.4200
Exam pattern of SSC Scientific Assistant Examination:
Scientific Assistant Common exam has two parts: the first part of 100 marks has questions from topics like English language, general intelligence, general awareness, reasoning and aptitude. The second part qiestions for 100 marks will be related to subject. It is a 120 minute ( 2 hours) exam.
Exam dates : 20-27 November 2017
Exam fee : Rs 100
