RECRUITMENT NOTICE - Applications are invited for the posts of STAFF NURSE and PHARMACIST on contract basis
The closing date is 03/07/2012 (July 3, 2012)
Applications are invited in prescribed proforma for filling up of 120 posts of Staff
Nurse and 06 posts of Pharmacist purely on contract basis. The appointment is
purely on contract basis initially for a period of eleven months or till regular appointment is
made through D.S.S.S.B whichever is earlier. The candidates may submit their
application form duly filled in on the prescribed proforma on or before closing date
03/07/2012. The eligibility criteria and terms and conditions can be downloaded from the
website http://www.gtbh.delhigovt.nic.in The name of post, required qualification &
consolidated remuneration is mention below:
Post : Staff Nurse
No. of Openings : 120 Nos
Age : Below 32 years & relaxable for SC upto 05years, OBC upto 03 years,PH upto 10 years, PH&SC upto 15 years, PH&OBC upto 13 years.
Pay : Minimum Basic Pay + Grade pay in the pay band + Dearness Allowance (as applicable)
Qualification:
1. Matriculation or its equivalent.
2. ‘A’ Grade certificatein Nursing from recognized institution.
3. Certificate inMidwifery
4. Should be able to speak/understand Hindi.
5. Should be registered with Nursing Council of any State of India before closing date.
Post : Pharmacist
No. of Openings :6 Nos
Age : 18 - 30 years.
Pay : Minimum Basic Pay + Grade pay in the pay band + Dearness Allowance (as applicable)
Qualification:
B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute, OR (i) 10+2 with Science stream (Physics/ chemistry/Biology) froma recognized board. (ii)
Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the
Pharmacy Act 1948.

3rd floor, Administrative Block
between 10:00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on all working days (except Saturdays,
Sundays & Gazetted Holidays). In case the closing date happens to be a public holiday the
next working day will be the last date for receiving of applications. Applications received
before the opening date or after the closing date SHALL NOT be entertained under any
circumstances. Applications sent through post should also reach the Hospital’s office on or
before the closing date and time mentioned above. The hospital will not be responsible for
any postal delay or loss.
The complete application form duly filled in along with photocopies of relevant
documents/certificates etc duly attested by a Gazetted Officer can be delivered personally at
the address as mentioned above, as per the time prescribed above. The complete
application forms can also be sent by Post, addressed to The Medical Superintendent,
GuruTeg Bahadur Hospital, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095
along with all necessary enclosures and two self addressed envelopes to reach the office on
or before the closing date and time mentioned above. Candidate must superscribe the Post
name on top of the Envelope while sending the application form.
DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM
All candidates must attach the following documents along with the Application Form:
(a) Two recent passport size coloured photographs (front face) with light background out of
which one should be pasted (not stapled or tagged) on the space provided in the application
form. The second copy of the same photograph should be attested by a Gazetted Officer
and be attached carefully with the application form for the purpose of identification of the
candidate at any stage of recruitment.
(b) All candidates must attach the photo copies of the following documents duly attested by
a Gazetted Officer along with the Application Form:
(i) Matriculation/Secondary certificate or equivalent in support of their declaration of age.
(ii) Degree or Diploma or other certificates in support of claim of educational qualifications
(copies of ALL THE YEARWISE MARKS-SHEET) from Matriculation onwards, experience(if
any), age-relaxation etc.
(iii) Community/Category Certificate/Physically Handicapped/ Ex-Servicemen Certificate
issued by notified/competent authorities as per the prescribed format, if benefit is claimed
under any of the above categories. In case of OBC candidate that he/she does not belong to
the creamy layer on the crucial date, in addition to the OBC community certificate issued to
him/her on or before the crucial date.
(iv) Registration certificate with concerned state council wherever necessary.
