Federal Manipal School of Banking (FMSB) is an exclusive partnership forged between Federal Bank and Manipal Global Education services to develop Bankers of tomorrow.

The Federal Bank Limited and the Manipal Global Education Services joined hands to set up the Federal Manipal School of Banking (FMSB) to cater to the needs of training young, bright graduates in order to make them job ready for a career in Banking at Federal Bank. On successful completion of the programme, the participants would be awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) by Manipal University and would be offered the post of Probationary Officers at Federal Bank.

Nationality / Citizenship : Candidate must be a citizen of India.

 Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956.

Students appearing in final year degree exams can also apply subject to their submitting their Final Degree Mark sheet & Provisional Certificate on or before 01.11.2012

Age (As on 01-08-2012) : 21 - 26 Years

The participants for the programme will be selected through a recruitment process consisting of an online aptitude Test, Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion. The selected students will go through a one year program.

The candidates would undergo various modes of experiential and activity based learning to develop themselves as future leaders.

Selection Process

Selection process consists of On line aptitude test, Personal interview and/or Group discussion. Candidates will be called for an online Aptitude Test conducted at various locations across the country. (Test centres available under the relevant drop down menu provided in the application form). Selected candidates would further be required to attend a personal interview and/or Group Discussion . The fixation of test centres will be at the sole discretion of the Bank.

All candidates on successful completion of the course will be awarded “POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BANKING AND FINANCE” from Manipal University at a convocation ceremony where they shall also be handed over the final appointment letters from the Bank. Accordingly, they will be offered the post as Probationary officers and can be posted in India or Abroad as per Bank’s discretion.
