WORLD SCHOOL OMAN-SALALAH REQUIRE English / Maths / Science teachers for Primary classes (Class 1 to Class 4 ) and KG / Nursery teachers
Work location: Salalah, Oman
1. Should be graduate and having teaching experience plus Teaching qualification (like bachelors in education or equivalent certification in Cambridge or IB)
2. Below 35 years age and with good personality (we being an international school, personality of the candidate is an important factor)
3. Should have experience in Cambridge (preferably) or IB school and their qualifications
4. Should have a valid TOEFL or IELTS score
5. We prefer ladies but competent gents can also be considered
6.Knowledge of computer ms office and the basic details are required as the classes will be conducted
through computers only ( online )
SALARY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND PERFORMANCE IN THE INTERVIEW
SALARY 60000 - 70000 CONSOLIDATED including accommodation and food allowance OVER ALL 400 RO
(Basic 200 to 225R0 plus 50RO FOOD ALLOWANCE PLUS ACCOMMODATION ALLOWANCE 125 RO)
PRIMARY CO-ORDINATOR
Person Profile:
1. Lady Graduate in English / Science / Mathematics with B.Ed in the relevant subject
2. Should have minimum 5 years experience in Primary section of which at least 2 years as Primary In-Charge or Coordinator in a CBSE / Cambridge school
3. Age below 40 years
4. Should be skilled in MS office and Internet usages
5. Exposure to curriculum like IB or Cambridge or any international curriculum would be an advantage
Job Profile:
1. Should act as Academic coordinator monitoring the curriculum implementation plus innovative ideas implementation.
2. would be responsible in bringing in value addition in the curriculum and in co-ordination with the parents ensuring upgradation of teaching methodology plus learning skills.
3. Ensure the teachers are kept highly motivated and highly productive meeting the job requirements.
Should be the team leader in effective execution of the school policies and plans
Remuneration:
1. Basic pay of RO 350/- per month (INR 6.7lakhs per annum)
2. Shared furnished accommodation (one single room in a two bedroom flat)
3. Once in a year return ticket to nearest international airport in India
4. Medical allowance / insurance as per policy of the school (as decided by school)
5. 30 days annual paid leave (in reality it would be more than that)
